    Great lecture. Thank you both.
    I love my strong bones. I have kept them strong by playing games and taking to sports from an early age -and continued all through the years. At 66 I worship my run and love being tennis coach on weekends.
    I climb stairs full speed in my Duplex home and do all the housework..
    And in Oct 2021 I turned vegan from vegetarian when I heard a lecture by Doc McDougall on Chef A J's show.A starchbased vegan diet, with less oil and salt too helps our bones no end.

    I have just been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. The rheumatoid doctor says I can't do this on my own and we need to start treatment right away. So I'm now on steroids and methotrexate. I don't like to take the medicine. I feel like it's po

    Awesome! Bingo! alight bulb moment. We always need to build up muscle. I am just keeping limber, swimming, dancing, walking, yoga, floor exercises twice a day, but NOT increased Muscle building. Thanks for reminder, how we always need to build our strength. I have been improving slowly, 12 years after surgery. I finally feel I have so much more control of my body. Thank YOU! and Thank you Chef AJ, GREAT people you are having on your channel. Thanks! ✅😘
