Why boiled eggs?
You should make Steak & Butter Gal's egg pudding with a little vanilla and monk fruit sweetener. It's really lovely.

IMPORTANT info left out – how many min were these eggs boiled? or are these hard boiled eggs?
I make it eith raw eggs and bake a few minutes
Top woth cinnamon and monk fruit sugar type and blow torch that brown gently. Creme caramel!!
Does it taste like custard? If so nutmeg and monk fruit for like an English egg custard type.
So.. vanilla and cinnamon aren't plant products? Monk fruit isn't a plant? Not very carnivore.

I make this every Sunday, it’s very tasty. I tried it with raw yolks and it was also very good but I find using whole boiled eggs just like Dr. Baker did makes it very creamy and very good
