sorry i missed out, i hit my personal rock bottom again. i literally went to the hospitals psychiatric ward this time, and asked for help. meaning, either inpatient or at least day unit. yeah lets hear, how long the waiting list will be for any of this. 6 months? a year? … i need structure and a purpose badly. just a futile life with a lot of trauma, thats what this is, where old age is the only thing left. and i'll leave it at that.
