Just wanted to let you know I used this recipe (I remembered to add salt & butter! Lol) & made rolls-delish! But, it makes incredible cinnamon rolls! Dough is very elastic but the flavor is spot on. Going to do doughnuts tomorrow. I know they will be amazing!

Leslie, you could make these just into rounds then fry them. Dust them in sugar, fill a piping bag with jam ( you call it jelly) then squeeze it into the round doughnut. Loved the video, can't wait to see the new additions to Caroline's house and Issac's house too. Hugs from Belfast.xxx❤❤❤

Those donuts made my mouth water. Isaac didn’t complain about the salt missing. He thought they were delicious. I haven’t made donuts for years. Love your videos. God bless.❤❤

This dough is now in my fridge rising. Can’t wait to see how the yeast rolls taste….and yes I remembered the salt. Going to do some beignets too for fun. It’s my goal to learn bread baking in 2024. I’m definitely a beginner.

Hey Leslie. I always enjoy watching your videos. But I want to give you a little tip. (Trust me you're going to love this tip) The next time you make any kind of yeast roll and you want them to rise quicker, put the pan on a heating pad. I started doing this years ago and I absolutely love it. Doesn't take them near as long to rise.

My stepmom used to make bread and rolls. Sometimes she would add grated cheddar cheese. Roll the bread like you're making cinnamon rolls, cut them into rolls, or roll the bread back up into a loaf. Bake and enjoy! 😊 Yum! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
