I’ve just bought granola from M and S On the packaging it almost says you will get Diabetes and die I’ve just had 5 pints of real ale come home and had berry granola with jersey milk. I’m 62 and 11 Stone and I’m sick and tired of the feckin food police telling me what I can and can’t eat. Up Yours

That will not save money. At least not where I am. I'm vegan and I eat all organic. If I was to buy all that to make my own, it would cost way more than buying a large bag of organic granola. However, yours looks very tasty. I'll definitely try it.
