    A lady I was conversating with at a shop told me her daughter worked at a latino restaurant and she told me they use some evaporated milk to give that smooth buttery flavor,i tried it that way and it turned out really good .

    Hi Zee love mangu I'm Puerto Rican & Cuban & Jamaican never made before though. I love the onions Do you need the yellow soft plantains or the ones which are hard. I wish you showed them before you cut them up. Thanks for sharing love my Latin food.
