Low iron and any kind of surgeries do not mix.
If you can get, drink Coconut Water. Not tha canned one. The fresher the better. This has helped me ALOOOOT with my periods.
Iron, cramps, etc.
Prayers for ur iron levels to be normal all will go well in ur surgery.

Once I was told by a physician that my iron was so low , I was so horribly deficient that he was surprised I was able to walk and not in the hospital…I seriously felt fine though! I’m pretty damn tough though

hi Gina-I too suffer from low iron. Takng supplements, cooking with a cast iron skillet, liver and lots of green leafy vegatables helps.
