Excellent recipe. Instead of adding water, sweet potato can be steam cooked. That's healthier and tastier.
Similar to a pancake without baking soda or baking powder. It fell apart for me. I don't think I used enough oil or maybe cooked in too high a temperature. I'm going back to sprouted grain bread! 😂
