Awesome! I also do not like any sweetener in my coffee. I went to look at the Vital Proteins Mocha flavor and I just couldn't spend that much on a cup of coffee. This will be perfect. I have everything but the MCT powder. I normally use a liquid and put a squirt in my coffee along with the collagen and cream. I will look for the powder. I love it when you experiment!

I've been waiting for this- THANK YOU!!!! I'm giving Lifeboost coffee with mugs for Christmas and this home made coffee creamer would finish the gift off perfectly. I do have a product from King Arthur Baking Co. – espresso powder- that when used for flavoring in baking, etc.doesn't really add coffee flavor but enhances the chocolate flavor in mixes. It's great in brownies! I also add a pinch of salt and that seems to help with being a bit sweeter w/o adding sugar.

Off to Amazon to buy the items to make this! This is also good to make and have in my prepped pantry because I can vaccum seal it! I can’t wait to see the PSMF recipe! I was also thinking a snickerdoodle flavor or vanilla would be great by adding vanilla bean powder and or cinnamon! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

It is always a great learning experience when I watch your videos. My collagen power does dissolve easily in my coffee. I like making protein coffee some mornings. So I may mix my collagen and protein together and see how that goes.

That's the same brand of coconut powder I'm using these days. It's the only one I've found that doesn't have a bunch of maltodextrin in it.
I've fallen in love with the MUD/WTR product lately. It is basically powdered mushrooms, chai tea with spices, and chocolate. No sweeteners at all except the spices like cinnamon. It has 1/7 of the caffeine of a cup of coffee (that's less than a green tea). I put the coconut powder in my morning Mud.

Just wanted to say that I do something similar to this with my coffee, but I always add a pinch — or more — of salt to my cup of coffee, no sweetener. It transforms your cup into a creamy, savory delicious hot drink. I prefer it over a sweetened creamy hot drink most days, but the salt will enhance and improve a sweet, savory or even a plain cup of coffee. Thanks for the video. Now I have a good idea of the ratio of the ingredients I need to make a batch of creamer rather than just guesstimating per each individual cup. 😁
