    Easy BBQ Sauce – I have ordered California balsamic here in Canada and love the hickory smoked flavour but if shipping is not in your budget, my local grocery store carries "Wright's Liquid Smoke-Hickory" . I have made a family BBQ sauce before going "WFPB SOS free" which is compliant and it uses dry mustard powder instead of the prepared mustard if you want to try that as a substitute.

    Hi AJ Happy Birthday to a such vivacious lady!!! Every time I watch you cook, I worry you will stain your beautiful tops! Especially when you handle balsamic vinegars! I am thinking to get your latest unprocessed cookbook.. and with its bonuses! Only one thing I cannot use is those audio only tapes because I am deaf and I lipread..( yes I use CC to get to your words o that s being said on Youtube). Would you be able to replace it with something else? Such as a small kitchen tool ? Like those herb scissors or what have you? Thank you. I watch you on youtube every time I get on the exercise bike at my local Senior Center! ( that s three to four times a week). You go girl!! ❀️

    I checked out your favorite tools looking for your kitchen scissor recommendation and didn't find anything. Do you have a suggestion for the best scissors for snipping dates? The demo of the tools is so helpful in my purchasing quality accessories. I'm ordering the mandolin so that I can cut zucchini into slices for lasagna roll ups. Thanks for all that you do to help make healthy eating safe and delicious!!!

    It's 12:13am. I am eating 2 pounds of whole steamed carrots. Am I too sane? My midnight snack attack craving was carrots. And sure enough, the family woke up and said, "ooh, whatcha makin?" Everyone ate carrots at midnight. Lol, but I'm jumping for joy on the inside. My family still eats crap food, though they are >80% of the way to unprocessed, by proxy of my constant cooking simple but good foods. We went though a 5 pound bag of carrots…lol.
