    As we are from north India side and of course all things available online but sometimes you show recipes in a very easy way but our results are not like you. 😊 So pls suggest

    Being a odia pakhala ( rice water)is our daily lunch during summer we eat it along with mustard chilly ,curry leave tadka curd …i love it along with some dry sabji, mam eat the rice in a bowl after that drink that fermented water it is really satisfying❤

    Many of you think that coconut oil has a difficult smell and taste…u r not used to it… like mustard oil for most of the south people… keep using any type of wood pressed oil,avoid refined oils …stay healthy
