OMG thank you for saying it all. So true I am 54 still looking for the best way to loose weight. Just love you video it's helping me. I now I just have to find a coach like yours because the way you eat for me that is real life. But not all the coaches suggest those things 💜⚘😘

So I am a gastric sleeve surgery person myself. Had it in 2020. I will say if a person has had either sleeve or bypass we are very restricted. I’m a huge supporter of 1st Phorm and I have to tell my coaches right away my stomach can’t handle 1800 calories a day. I’m lucky I get 1200 some days. However, I do get 80oz of water and 130-160g of protein. See we can’t eat and drink at the same time and we are fuller faster. So my advice is that if you haven’t had the surgery those are not people you should follow, if you have had the surgery we can relate. They are not red flags, we’re just different. I’m not cutting you down for what you’re saying I promise. I’m just explaining.

    💖hi y’all!
    My tips..
move ur body more than u did yesterday 💖
    Drink your water goals! 💖
Make healthier food choices and focus on that portion size. 💖
My biggest help was have a few friends for accountability.. that’s what I’m lacking this time! 🥺

But y’all stay focused and consistent… it’s so worth it!

And yes it’s true.. working out actually became my fun time and my therapy some days!

Try to avoid the shakes and pills please!

This was one of the best videos you have done!! What has worked for me is I gave myself a year to change my habits and create sustainable and healthy habits for myself. I didn’t give myself a deadline on losing weight or even how much I should lose. I just did the things (worked out, ate smaller portions and more protein, veggies, fruit, drank more water) and I have truly changed from the inside out. In 1 year this month, I have lost 65 lbs and am within 15-20lbs of what I think will be my goal weight. I am strong and have put on muscle. I have worked hard to heal my relationship with food. And have realized a health journey never ends. It is a lifestyle being healthy and making good decisions for your health. Exercise (which I hated by the way) has now become a passion and a necessity for my mental health. I will be 56 in July and I never felt this good in my life!!

I did it with no shakes or pills 💖 now some of that has creeped back up on me (15) now I wanna lose that again but I just can’t get focused and motivated 🥺

I did the 800-1000 calorie Optavia diet. I’m now trying to fix my metabolism. Completely slows it up. I’m on a reverse and seeing good results. I’ll never restrict any carbs either ever again.

Absolutely true! My husband’s niece has been trying to hit me up to buy all this stuff from her! I’m fortunate that it’s been things that I’m allergic to some of the ingredients or I just mention the cost to my husband! He told her to leave me alone!
