I really wanna give these a try but I’m allergic to nuts! Is there any alternatives to the cashew paste and almonds that you can use in these dishes or does it ruin it?
I had some recipe for chana dal lined up, but I just like everything about your recipe so I am going to try it instead. BTW either your chilis are very mild or you are in another spice-ness level than me, I'd definitely feel 8 green chilis, nothing mild about it for me, ha ha. I am going to try the chicken curry as well, I am intrigued by its colour 🙂

I will go for chana sabzi but chicken 🐔 I am doubtful 🧐 will it taste good the way it is cooked with ingredients everything looks pale with no masala curd cashew paste expensive with no masala no I will give thumbs down for chicken and served with onion fried rice that chicken 🐔 dish dosent even match with breads leave alone that rice so the whole combo is a failure. Sorry. Saurabh

It feels wonderful to see the Chana Madra making a comeback of sorts on YT. This beautiful dish from Himachal seemed to have gotten lost somewhere under the deluge of the omnipresent & über popular punjabi style chhole 😊 Not that i don't like Pindi Chana et al…i do, but it's always nice to bump into the low key himachali cuisine that has always got a step treatment compared to the cuisines of the other North Indian states. Loved the chicken too. Stunning lay out again 😍
