I've been using silken tofu to make pasta sauce & garlic sauce for a while ….it works so well. I never would have thought to put the yogurt in though! I'll have to try it over the weekend:)
I love this idea but I found the turmeric to be incredibly overpowering and the cayenne was too spicy for me personally. Making it for a second time now but with a different spice profile. I love the roasted butternut squash and tofu base though, awesome idea!
Which nutritional yeast do you use, please ? I don't find this product in French shops actually, so i'm gonna order it online and I need a good one. Thanks for the recipe. x
This sounds amazing! Is it ok to eat the silken tofu mostly raw though? (It doesnโt sound like the sauce would be in the pan long enough for it to cook?)
