I've been using silken tofu to make pasta sauce & garlic sauce for a while ….it works so well.
I never would have thought to put the yogurt in though! I'll have to try it over the weekend:)
Do you think that once assembled the pasta and sauce could be baked in the oven just to get a bit crunchy on the top?

I love this idea but I found the turmeric to be incredibly overpowering and the cayenne was too spicy for me personally. Making it for a second time now but with a different spice profile. I love the roasted butternut squash and tofu base though, awesome idea!

Love the theory, but it turned out sickly sweet due to the pumpkin. I might try it with a different vegetable or a pesto. Thanks for the idea though!

This sounds amazing! Is it ok to eat the silken tofu mostly raw though? (It doesnโt sound like the sauce would be in the pan long enough for it to cook?)
