Do grocery stores carry duck in the uk? I see all these duck, rabbit, and lamb recipes from the uk like it's just common protien?
I can get lamb from the butcher, but think I have to go hunting, or to the internet for the others.
Is there anywhere that shows the ingredients required?
wow, just wow!! the technique of your cooking is blowing my mind every time!
WOW!!!!!!!
Giving this a go this weekend. As an aside any chance on doing a tutorial on using and types of chop sticks? I have tried several times but never managed to get it right. I am fed up of my wife showing me up in restaurants with her superior skills. 😟
Where do you get that palm sugar which is like a paste?
I can only ever find the stuff which comes as solid blocks.
Looks fantastic!
Snow peas used not sugar snap.
I am surprised you prefer electric stove over gas
The ducks undercooked. Watch how the screen cuts as he biting into the duck at the end.
Duck is not something that easily stir fried on a induction cooker. Furthermore, that's a real meaty duck breast so will take longer to cook.

Sounds delicious.
Is the recipe for that homemade Sambal anywhere up on YouTube? If not, we definitely gonna need that 😉
