    Where is Rawvana? I saw awhile ago that you got back into cooked food. Today there was something about not being vegan anymore.
    Something that I noticed about myself when I eat 100% raw is that an elated feeling of happiness shines through……I figured that I would see a change in you because you’ve done a 360…….and look, here it is plain as day. 100% Raw makes a person considerably happier…….your videos when I first watched you were distinctly elated…….the same as another female raw vegan. You are like someone else in this video…..I had to double take to make sure. That’s not to say that you aren’t happy here, it’s more like a normal average.

    ♥️My favorite sweets is always keto coconut vanilla or chocolate balls, my favorite meal is Sashimi of tuna and salmon with Vietnamese rolls. I really love delving into Japanese and korean foods. I love and enjoy KIMCHI as it’s easier for me to digest fiber that way!!! Favorite soup recipe is bone both from scratch I get from the butcher and with finely cut veggies. My favorite drink recipe is raw jersey cow milk with a lil local honey and infuse with tea flavors. ♥️

    When a person is on the correct ketogenic diet salt is very important. Because your los carb your body looses sodium and other minerals like potassium and magnesium. So make sure if you are doing ketogenic diet and want to get into Ketogenic diet please make sure you are eating good quality salt like a Himalayan pink salt or Celtic sea salt or redmunds real salt. I’ve done keto before and not getting enough of the minerals you need will and/or can give you the keto flu.
