love my dehydrator for kale chips, they are way better than in the oven, fruit leathers are awesome as well. you can also puree tomatoes like you do the fruit leather and store it to use as tomato paste by adding a bit of hot water to reconstitute it…works like a charm.

that dehydrator sounds like an excellent thing for kale chips. I'd make more but they're so inconsistent in the oven and I need to watch them like a hawk! Oh and since I'm not at all a fan of dried cranberries, I tend to use dried blueberries instead. That would sure be good in your recipe for granola bars. A couple of my staples are homemade granola (to top on our smoothies); some form of hummus (I make it different all the time, even using more than 1 type of bean); some sort of grain, bean, or legume for the week made in my instant pot; and I always wash and cut up my vegetables from the market each Saturday so they're always ready as a snack — or to cook with. Cheers!

Lots of great ideas, so thanks! Two reasons I've avoided dehydrating food are the huge amount of electricity and time needed. Seems super inefficient to me. I'm a low-tech type on a budget, so think I'll stick with the oven-based options. Thank you for a great variety of snacks and classics!

Hi Jeremy, I'm Melissa from Florida. I have learned so much from watching you! I went plant based in June and have lost about 18 pounds. Thanks for helping teach me to cook in a new way and how to substitute out applesauce for oil in baking and so many other things! You are helping me grow in Vegan confidence and keep to it! I'm truly grateful for your intellectual generosity and for the chance to share time with you and your sweet family. Here's to losing the next 20 pounds! Cheers!

Hey Jeremy, I need muffin advice. I tried your recipe with peaches and frozen banana slices, in a silicone pan. I let rest in the pan 10-15 minutes before trying to remove to cool further on a rack. As with every WFPB muffin recipe I try, the muffins are too wet on the bottom, kind of gummy, and about ¼ of the muffin ends up stuck in the pan. Delicious though! Any suggestions? Maybe peaches + frozen banana slices were too wet? Maybe cool even longer in the pan? This happens to me a lot and with other WFPB recipes, too, so I think it’s my technique/skill not the recipe. 🤷🏼

Hi Jeremy! Thank you for this delicious video, you surely put a lot of work in all these recipes 🙂 I will definitely make the muffins and the granola bars. Thank you for the apple crumble recipe as well. And here's a little tip: If you turn your nut milk bag inside-out before you use it, you can clean it much easier after using it 😉Sending you and your family love from Germany.

I cook just like your wife. Fill up the dish you want to use. Perfect!! And that’s exactly how I make oat topping or granola, with almond butter as the fat. Never need the butter. Very delicious every time.

Hi Jeremy! Love the idea of using a egg slicer for the bananas! My banana chips always take a long time in my dehydrator, but so worth the wait! Thank you for another fun, informative video 😊

Love this video. I make chia jam all the time. Love your muffin and cheese sauce recipes. Will definately try soon. Also like your sourdough rolls. Do I need to start a whole wheat flour starter? Thanks for great ideas.
