    I was trying to figure out what is green curry precisely. Because for me curry is never green 😂. What you put in it and how you cook it, we have a similar looking dish.
    I'd skip the corainder leaves and cumin but add some lemongrass. Fresh turmeric makes it a lot tastier. And lots more chilies.
    Just boiled them all until the oil separates, then add coconut milk on medium low heat to reboil.

    Oh jezus effin' fck… the moment I saw cumin, turmeric… I knew with mathematical certainty that this is most definitely a non-Thai cook. And just as I correctly surmised, this is the case. Repulsive and nauseating recipe. These so-called cooks from across the Bay of Bengal destroying original Thai recipes by Indianizing them with masala and whatnot should be banned from YouTube.
