    Catching the replay. Sleep has always been the hardest thing to get. I sleep great but I’m like a little kid wanting to stay up just a little bit longer. I’ve had to face the fact that eating right isn’t enough; I need to get enough sleep every day or I won’t lose the extra fat I am carrying on my body. Moving more is important but not as important as sleep. How strange that I want to lose weight and my main focus is sleep, moving, and not stressing about things I can’t control… Eating healthy is easy compared to these three! I can do this. You can, too. 😎
