Made this today and flavor was not curry goat flavor at all. I added a bunch more adobe, white pepper, curry powder and garlic powder and still not good. Your oxtail recipe is the bomb. This one not good sorry.

Just take the back of your knife, give them a little smash with the palm of your hand against the knife and they slip right out. You don’t even have to break the pods apart. Another beautiful dish!

Also, on the ginger face the spoon towards the ginger (the part of the spoon that you would eat off of should face the ginger) and scrap it down and towards you like the motion of peeling a banana. Do it with short quick strokes. I'll have to demo that to the next time I use ginger 🙂

myth busted • goat meat is not the most consumed meat in the world • neither is goat meat eaten by the most people in the world • nor is goat milk the most consumed milk in the world … there simply are not that many goats in the world, not by the longest stretch of the imagination • Susan Schoenian • the world’s leading expert on goats (and sheep) University of Maryland Extension, USA

As the person commented below, smashing with a knife works wonders or you can take a small stainless steel mixing bowl, place the whole bulb in or your cloves in it, cover with a plate and shake vigorously. Knife is easiest when you just need one or two cloves.
