    Cooked similar in a restaurant. First we'd steam them for a few minutes. It makes the skin start to peel. Remove the thin skin. Slice, remove seeds the same as you. We mixed the cream cheese with a little chopped green onion, bacon bits, and shredded cheddar cheese. Fill em up plenty. Dip them in a beer batter. Fry.
