    Hello,

Thank you for the video. I didn't use this recipe, but I used a different bread pudding recipe, and although the top sprung back nicely (it was bouncy), the bottom was a bit wet and soggy. What would you recommend to do in these situations? Does adding more bread help? (The recipe I used specifically said six slices, so that's what I did, but let me know if adding more slices of bread would help).

if u keep feeding bryan with all that rick food, ur gonna end up with a fat mate. btw/ not everybody got an oven. so, one can steam this in a double pot (small pot containing the batter, inside a bigger one containing some water)

You are the best. Love your videos. I am going to take my best attempt at making this, and hope I will be able to do a good job. I have done your Pumpkin Pie recipe several times, and it is by far the best I have ever had.

That is NOT bread pudding.that is bread cake with sauce on top..the bread pudding I grew up on is creamy and custardy…no so dry you have to put a sauce on top..imagine my great disappointment the first time I ordered "bread pudding"

1:41 Supermarkets, please don't feed the birds bread, it's not good for the birds and lacks nutritional value. Single ingredient items like nuts, fruits and things they would naturally find in the wild are much better than bread for birds.
