Hello, I've just found you by accident.
I really enjoyed your video and your sense of humour!
I'm here in Norfolk, UK and we have mates in LA. The last time we were there was 6yrs ago and we can't wait till we are able to visit again.
Harrissa makes a really great, simple dip for canapè when mixed with some vegan mayo.
I will try your recipe, it looks delish!
    See again sometime. 😉

This is sooooo good! I just made it. It also ended up with a lot of liquid. I can’t believe how soft the sweet potatoes turned out! Love this .. amazing flavor! ❤️

You don't need much liquid pressure cooking, a couple of cups is fine. I've had my IP for 2 years and love it! I've got the same one you do in order to save veggie scraps to make my own veggie broth. Among other things. Glad you got one to make dishes for us!

I love my InstaPot. I have an eight quart which is great when my daughters and their spouses visit.

It’s great for making beans, rice, and stews. Try sautéing the onions first on the sauté setting. One less pan to wash.

Why didn’t you get the smaller six quart one?

    Enjoy your InstaPot.

I think you did a good job for your first time with the IP…Sounds like a great recipe. I’ve had my IP for like 2 years and used it once (not very successfully either), so I’m anxious to try more and this seems ridiculously easy! I need to buy the lemons and spice, but this is on my list to try soon!!
