You need your centre island for serving and preparing food as you do, so I wouldn't have the sink there.

A friend had sink in center and it might be how it was put in but water always ran everywhere. I think a country sink would be nice where you have your already. Also, nothing looking out the window while you wash.
I hate the sinks in center islands! I feel like then your island would, realistically, just get dirty dishes all over it. Water would get all over it. When you're gathering around the island baking, hanging out, etc. you'd feel like you'd consnatly have to keep dishes clean so they don't look dirty right there in the middle of everything. I've never lived anywhere with an island lol but I'd much rather keep it separate!
