Never had pineapple quickbread. I attempted pineapple muffins once and forgot the sugar. Foolishly thought pineapple would be sweet enough to make them good but of course they weren't. Never made them again or anything else besides pineapple cake.

I made those oatmeal bars that your family loves. They taste very close to the Little Debbie oatmeal pies. I'm thinking of trying a filling with them. Such a good little treat. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

You know that Dutch oven bread you make? I make smaller ones and use them as bread bowls. Like sourdough bread bowls. I hollow them out and put chopped up hot dogs with chili in the middle and cheese on top. I use the Walmart brand chili. It’s like a buck and some change a can and it’s really good.

When I make banana or any type of fruit bread instead of a putting a glaze on it I heavily grease my pan with butter and then use about 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and coat my pan. I pour in my batter and the leftover sugar I sprinkle on top. After baking it has a crunchy sugary glaze that is delicious. Any time I share the bread everyone always wants to know how I get it to have a sweet crunch.

Looks like you are making great progress in using a lot of your pantry items. I am trying to do that with my freezer. I had so much in there that when I opened the door, stuff would fall out. Think it was time to do something about it. I have used about half of the items in there now and feeling better about. I don't plan on filling it that full any more so I can rotate the items more frequently. Love watching your channel…I copied down the pineapple bread recipe. I love pineapple and bread/cake so this will be a keeper. Thank you Tiffany.

Oh my!! Y'all's weather sounds like ours. Tornado weather, snow, spring, winter, then spring again. So frustrating. Hope y'all are ok. How's your mom doing? My husband and I are continuing to pray for her. Supper looked delicious. I definitely got to try that pineapple bread. It looked delicious. Love seeing Gerry with the kids. Y'all make a wonderful team. Hope y'all have a great day and weekend.
