    Can you focus a little more on your sous vide? Really want to try it out but don’t know how it works or how you choose the right temperature. A steak for example

    Ryan, I love how you sous-vide then sear most of your protein entrees. I would really appreciate it if you share what type of sous vide machine you use and HOW you use it to get that perfect, tender, juicy doneness of the meat. I went on Amazon, and there's so much crap to choose from so your advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ryan! OG subscriber. Since I began my IF journey two months ago (circadian rhythm) coupled with low carb lifestyle under 50 carbs, I’ve lost 21lbs! I find most days I fast for over 16+ hours, and the less strict my IF schedule is, makes me work harder at it. Watching your videos has truly helped me stay on track, even though we follow different schedules. You’re super motivating and have such a positive attitude, so thanks, man! 🙏🏽☺️
