    47:15 – I like the idea that anything prepared with love can’t be bad for you, because what you are consuming is the “love” that went into baking or making it. I guess that would make someone identify as a Lovetarian or Heartetarian…

    42:15 I discovered that with a bag of dried mangos 2 days before my cycle and just 5 days into this Whole30… no brake and yes it was too much for my tummy and i tossed and turned 1/2 the night. I have decided not to replace this food in my pantry at least for now.

    ❤ this book club ! Hearing Melissa talk about practical applications and situations during your whole 30 and Food freedom is amazing ! I am learning new things about the program (aka MSG and sunflower oil) that are new since the books were published. I am quite a few days behind the January Whole 30 – thanks to these videos I am not missing a beat.
