I made this for dinner tonight and it was SO good. I'm under 16 (I don't feel comfortable sharing my exact age) and I am in a family of 4 with one VERY picky eater and surprisingly enough he liked it! I wouldn't recommend using long grain rice bc it made it kind of under cooked feeling but it was still super flavoursome. 10/10 would recommend ๐ ๐ ๐
