Thank you for this recipe! I made this right away it looked so good, and it was! Super quick and easy!
Personally, I think this is more similar to egg drop soup with rice cake in it. A lot quicker and simpler than making the Tteokguk, and still very tasty!
TFS. I will try when I'm lazy. Looks like a good dish for colds👍🏼
Can you do a Mushroom rice cake soup?
I made this two days in a row, it was so good!! My boyfriend ate two bowls full!
I'm guessing you don't need salt and pepper?
Has anyone tried this recepi ??
Do you ever make it with store-bought beef broth?
thank you so much for this recipe! i’m sick and just finished making this. i didn’t have rice cake but did have tteokbokki so i used that, added mandu and tons more garlic☺️
Lol you will thank me later. Your like an opposite cook from Maangchi but I still like your style.
Love your lazy soup recipe & your bright pink sweater.
I know I don't like seaweed and I've never tasted a rice cake . But I want to keep this on my list and hopefully try it soon cause it look's so good.
2:30 Starts.
Hi, I'd like to make it soon. Is it same flavour to Tteokguk which is made of beef? Coz I'm living in the UK. I don't expect i could find right meat for cooking this food.
I made it!!!!!!! Delicious! Always watch your videos but this is my first recipe i’ve tried! Hahaha the garlic is a must!! And the sesame oil!!! I recommend
This is what I needed! A lazy one but delicious. Thank you for sharing ur simpler recipe !

Ahahahah u are so cute🤗
Shut up and do it … what a talker.. She' talkin' 200 miles a minute wow !
Can't wait to try!
Kammsahammnnidda, for showing this recipe! I'm not Korean, but I love tteok kuk (SIC?). Now, I can make some whenever I want. I would probably use beef broth too. Gee, gim pap, tteok bokki, and tteok kuk…what a meal! Maybe some sun dae too! 🙂
I have made it the traditional way come on now it does not take hours and hours lol wtf…. maximum 25 minutes and even less if you already have made the anchovies broth. Anyway adding a bit of soy sauce and grind black peppers will make this dish better. Looks really good. I made it with chopped onions chili powder even added some paprika and dashi stock too
