Okay… Here we go. I used to like this guy. Now, every time I see him, he's winging some nonsense. His attitude sucks and he's super lazy. I just watched him microwave frozen chicken in another video. All the stuff he's been making in these vids recently looks like dog food, but he swears they're super delicious. Go on a nice vacation, Dave, and re-evaluate things. You clearly understand food. You just seem to have forgotten how to play to the audience. Or better yet, you don't care to try for the audience. I heard UPS is hiring.

There are lots of bread based dishes with some kind of topping in the world. India, China, Turkey, the Middle East, Africa. Or you would make the bread base and then “mop” up the sauce out of a bowl. Putting them together like that is a fun way to serve it. Thanks for the lesson!

I've been mixing the Momofuku Chili Crunch with just some basic whole-fat greek yogurt and keeping it in my fridge. Outrageously good sandwich spread / veggie dip.
This is the only way I like to cook and I've been watching cooking shows and Iron Chef America since junior high. Following a recipe is a great guildlike but I always find my self taking a different path and making it my own. Seeing what I can create with the items I have is very enjoyable.
