    Ingredients:
    – Toor Dal: 1/2 cup
    – Masoor Dal: 2 tbsp
    – Chana Dal: 2 tbsp
    – Ginger: 1 inch + 1 tbsp
    – Green Chilli: 2-3pc
    – Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp
    – Hing: 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
    – Ghee: 2 tbsp
    – Cumin: 1 tsp
    – Onion: 1 medium
    – Garlic: 1 tbsp
    – Dried Whole Red Chilli: 2pc
    – Tomato: 1 medium
    – Salt to taste
    – Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 1 tsp + 1 tsp
    – Coriander Powder: 1/2 tsp
    – Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
    – Kasuri Methi: 1/2 tsp
    – Amchur Powder: 1/4 tsp
    – Chaat Masala: 1/4 tsp
    – Handful Coriander Leaves
    – Butter: 1 tbsp

    Recipe:
    1. Wash and soak toor dal, masoor dal and chana dal for 30 mins-1 hour. Boil them together in 2.5 cups of fresh water along with ginger, green chilli, turmeric powder and hing for 3-4 whistles.

    2. Take a pan, add ghee, cumin, onions, ginger, garlic and green chilli. Saute. Add dried whole red chilli.

    3. Add chopped tomatoes along with salt and let it cook. Then add turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder and coriander powder and some water. Let it cook.

    4. Add the boiled dal to it, some garam masala, kasuri methi and let it come together. Top with handful of coriander leaves.

    5. For the tadka, to a pan add some ghee, dried red chilli, hing, kashmiri red chilli powder and butter.

    6. Add this tadka to the dal, mix well, serve and enjoy!
