Thanks for posting dairy free instant pot recipes. My daughter was just diagnosed with a milk allergy, and I’ve been struggling to make the transition. Looks awesome, and I’ve subbed. Keep it up!

Who else her had their mouth start watering while watching this? I LOVE curry and was happy to see it as an ingredient (Graham Masala). I will be trying this one when I get my hands on my sisters instant pot she says I can borrow. Will report back when I make it.

Ive been binge watching and I am addicted to your, STRAIGHT to point method of talking and you dont REPEAT yourself over and over again. GOD, thank you for that! Thank you also for teaching us such good and fast methods of eating better. THere are a few people on my local CL that give away Keifer and kombucha already started. Ill be good to go as soon as they place an ad up, Im there. Again, thank you.

It's not butter chicken without butter! It's coconut chicken! Paleo uses ghee, which is clarified butter. That's what they use in India. Does look good. I've made this in my Instant Pot and loved it. Will make it again. I cook Basmati rice at 1 c rice to 1.25 c water and I cook it for 4 min with natural release. Seems like everyone does it in different timing.

I think this recipe sounds delicious however I can cook chicken in a skillet in 18 minuets. But the pot is nice for rice which takes much longer.
Also I never put hot food into a plastic bag or container. All plastic is from petroleum and that crap gets leeched into the food.
