That looks awesome. I got some pork ribs a while back, and was wanting to try them in the InstantPot. My ribs are St Louis cut, which aren't as tall as yours. I just googled, and they recommended the rub, then BBQ sauce. I think your idea is great, to use the broiler and sauce to finish them. Or, BBQ and grill (I got an indoor grill the other day, more to play with) !
I'm thawing the ribs now, they will be great tomorrow.
For other meals, have you tried the pot in pot style cooking?

So you set the instapot to cook for 20 mins and then left it alone for an hour or so to depressurize, is that right? I don't have one but that seems like a long time to lose pressure after 20 mins of cooking. I love your channel. Thanks for sharing!

Hi dear friend jim. I just have ordered a Dutch oven 8 gts on Amazon. Shipping cost plenty much money to Turkey Ankara. I do not care how expensive it is. I am wondering how you cook beef Stew in it and what kind of vegetables you use. I m so sorry for my terrible English..

Looking good. I love how sometimes it seems you are doing it on the fly. Winging it. I like that style of cooking. . Making adjustments along the way. Just like me. Merry Christmas Jim ❤️💚
