Absolutely love your videos, i watch them before i cook and do a step by step. Please in the future can you mention more about the heat settings i.e high, medium and low as these are things i personally struggle with.

Please can you make desi pasta, apna style pizza etc.

May Allah bless you endlessly! Ameen

Great vid. Excellent hack, like the frozen cubes. You deserve more views!

Worked in a restaurant when I was younger. There they used to leave the gravy on low flame overnight. It is a function of time. Some also puree before or after.

super video but could you measured the onions in grams we would know the
amount you used as evey onion is small to big and it would make a diffrent flavor

Brilliant time saving recipe, thank you! We have been living off your recipes lately with the drumsticks & sweet rice being made twice since last week!
I can see this masala being a godsend over the coming weeks πŸ˜‹ I’m loving your channel and have invested in a large pot and a stackable ninja blitz machine thingy πŸ€— & everyone I’m sharing the food with are loving your recipes!
Do you think a book of your recipes with ingredients, plus a written basic procedure linking a backup visual YouTube tutorial for each one would be something you’d look at doing? I one day hope not to follow visual procedures but have it locked in my head through repetition and a cook book.
With a link through Amazon to purchase the book and any recommended utensils would be something I’d definitely be interested in buying if it was worth your time for a future project.
You’re certainly a great cook who explains the process brilliantly without all the OTT word salad 😁
Brilliant as always thank you! πŸ₯°

Do we heat up masala then add the raw lamb chunks in or do we pre fry/cook the lamb and add it in
