Caramelized onions added to your pulled pork …
Rick, I certainly hope you have a day job? Key it seems is to release the pressure without placing your arm or hand directly over the release "valve"…I'm just observing!! But, I admit that it looked delicious especially with the pork juice and some Sweet Baby Rays BBQRick, I certainly hope you have a day

I have this pressure cooker and i love it, it's worth every penny!
My pressure cooker got here on Friday evening, and I'll be using it tonight to make this!! Thank you for all your recipes, keep them coming!!!!
Just a thought for u…after the pressure goes down…if u will take out of pot and place in a pan, and put in a 400 degrees hot oven for 15 minutes..it will be better….just a suggestion.
Rick I have a question about the different cuts of meat. Pork Tenderloin and Pork Loin Roast. Which is the one you used here in the video and what would the cook times be for the Pork Loin Roast. Thanks Jerry
Can you use frozen meat and if so how much time do you add?
I just got this for Christmas and I'm a bit nervous about the steam release knob being so loose, even though I know they say that's normal. I don't think the included instruction sheet showed how to install and how to properly turn the pressure knob so I looked at your video for clarification. Thank you! I'll also be trying the BBQ pork as my first recipe tomorrow. Merry Christmas!
I appreciate the tips your are offering for pressure cooking. I'm new at it and your videos are helping. What's the cut of pork to get to make pulled pork? I want to make this the day after Christmas for a family supper. Quite frankly, I'm sick of traditional holiday food-turkey and ham. Why not barbecue home made?
Hey your the man I watched all your Ved's since I bought my pressure cooker thanks for the help
I love watch this guy he loves to eat and a good instructor and makes me LOL
I'm just not sure as to how much 'liquid' to use making this boston butt. I like using Allegro marinade, apple cider vinegar, and George's HOT bar-b- q sauce; if you're familiar with that (yellow & red label). Plus I have to figure out the 'time setting' to cook the boston butt. Any advice?
what kind of pork is that? Looks like a bunch of chunks of meat. I'm a cook a pork 'boston butt' which is just one large piece of pork, weighing 4 pounds. Once it's thawed, I'm sure it'll fit in the pressure cooker, whole. Do I have to 'cut it up' like it appears in this video? Thanx.
Making this recipe on Friday. Love your little dog in the background watching you!
awesome thanks for the review, I'm getting one this weekend, would you recommend the cuisinart model?
I have had this pressure cooker for quite a few years and LOVE it. I am doing boiled peanuts tonite.
Watched all your videos before buying the same PC, started using it tonight, but the pressure valve is leaking a little. Not sure if I put to much liquid or I don't have it in the right position. Hoping I didn't buy a faulty one 😞. Guess we'll see when it's done.
Thanks you the video demo.
My wife was trying to figure out how to use the timer, in the instruction it tells you to push start and the timer after, watching your video was the answered we were looking for. Good video the meet looks very yummy!!!! Thank you.
It just looks so weird without bark or a smoke ring. Have you tried putting a drip or two of liquid smoke into it? I'm about to purchase my first counter top pressure cooker but I have a feeling a smoker will still dominate.
After watching all your pressure cooking videos me and the old lady purchased the same one you have off of eBay. It didn't come in time for St patty's last week but arrived in time for all the post-St.Patrick's corned beef prices to dropat the stores. HaHA! Best kitchen appliance EVER….
Made some tonight with some Hot Slaw on the side! It was a hit!
Brother, I love this recipe bit was one of the first things I made when I got this pressure cooker several years ago and is now mainstay at our dining table.
Small tip: I add a few drops of "liquid smoke" if you want a bit more of a smoky flavor. Try it out!
Hi, I bet the pork chops will be good! Yeah, the colder weather is best for cooking good stuff like that.
Thanks for watching.
