Rick when you cook the mushrooms that long, how is it that they donโ€™t turn to mush? They arenโ€™t hard like carrots . . . Is it the low heat level? By the way Rick, you are so sneaky! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

I like cooking a roast in the crock pot all day on low with onions, potatoes, and carrots in it,I always put butter on my corn bread,I did it at my parents when I ate there a few weeks ago, where did you buy that corn bread? It looked like just one slice,I remember circus peanuts, they sell them at Food Depot here, the orange ones,I remember years ago my mom said she likes them.

I know you must like your brisket lean. But, I really have found that leaving fat on and even adding beef and pig fat to braised meat or slow-cooked stew can give it so much more flavor and tenderness that now I nearly never cook without fat anymore. It's really good.

Hey ray, westen pa boy here. How about for your next video, do a food challenge? You vs your wife. Who makes the better french toast and maple bacon.

You both have to use your Hot Logic's and the judge will be a special guest of your choice. They will be presented with 2 plates. Not knowing which one is which. THey will see who has the better plate.

A little fun wholesome video idea

The brisket stew looked mighty good. Unique way to make brisket. Our chef where I work makes brisket mac and cheese for one of our restaurants. We had tamales with chili for dinner. What a package yโ€™all received! thatโ€™s some serious circus peanuts. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Iโ€™ve liked them since I was a kid. Hope you two have a good weekend and a fun Halloween.

Iโ€™ve never cooked brisket. This looked very good and think Iโ€™ll give it a try. The circus peanuts were hilarious! I see his pizza place is not too far from Brown County State Park where weโ€™ve camped in the past. Whatโ€™s the description of the pizza named after you? Will have to check his place out next time weโ€™re down that way(weโ€™re in Michigan). Thanks for visiting with us๐ŸŽƒ
