This looks great! Got to try this soon as I’ve been making a fold over version(like a taco) and no crisps. We prefer to make this at home versus going to one of the pizza places. This is a great idea. Thanks for teaching us new tricks!!

Love this idea!! It's like a "Mexican/Italian Calzone. Give the crisps a shot with aged Asiago. I feel it may have a better flavor profile than Parmesan.
