I recently made my first lasagna in a crockpot and loved it! This recipe is totally my own, so it’s a bit of a science experiment.

This is up my alley eating mostly vegetarian dishes. The recipe and follow-up in the description is useful as the demo, thanks!

Next time you need to put the sauce on top of the last layer of noodles. It will cook it better. I’ve cooked with the non-cook noodles. The veggies helped to. Good job. I might try this out. Thank you for showing us this. And people are right. Your mom would be proud. God bless you all.

You da Man Steve😅👍🏼 it looks fabulous. The only thing different I would do would not have the noodles on the top maybe have more sauce on the top keep the noodles more on the bottom of & inside. Also cottage cheese would’ve been an excellent addition next time. Thanks for sharing your experiment. Looks like it was a winner and you’ve got lunch for a whole week 😉🙏🏼Stay safe.

This looks great Steve, going to have to try it without the peppers, not a big pepper fan. But I love egg[ant, but my husband doesn't so I have to eat it all myself.

If they have frozen ravioli, you could make something like this with the ravioli as your pasta and ricotta cheese layers (and meat if it's a meat ravioli). Fresh spinach might also be good in there.

I've made oodles of main dishes in my crock pot, except for lasagna, so now that you've ooohed and aaahed about how good this tastes, I intend to try it, but will add some chopped fresh celery and a layer of spinach to mine. Thanks, Steve, for the recipe idea!
