I have never made shepherd's pie before and I've always wanted to so I like this idea of cooking it in the crock-pot! And I love that you use the Bob Evans potatoes that is so much easier and they actually are very good. Thank you for this recipe!😋😋

I like to save a 1 gallon portion of my homemade hambone vegetable soup, then warm it up and thicken it with a cornstarch and brown gravy slurry, and make shepherd’s pie out of it.

Looking forward to trying this but probably in the oven instead. Really want to try the gravy with the two brown gravy packets & the cream of celery soup. Sounds really good!! I’ll probably add a dash of garlic powder and onion powder to season my ground beef.

Looks so good. I will be making that. Did you microwave the potatoes before you put them on. I love cheese , but my husband can’t eat a lot of cheese. Maybe half with cheese, half no cheese. Thanks for the recipe, I love using my crockpot.

I know I am in a small group, but is there dishes to cook that do not have onions, pepperrs, garlic or cheese? Can not eat these things… Any good dishes that do not have these?

I use a dish towel instead of paper towels to catch the water from the lid. Thank you for showing this. I love making this but I have to wait for cool weather to do it. Now i can make it any time. I love your channel. 💕

Hooobaby!! Shepard's Pie is one of my very favorite things to eat. It's so easy to whip together, and I will be trying this using your suggestion to use premade mashed potatoes. Thanks, Catherine, for sharing this yummy concoction with us.
