And I am just now trying this for the first time. I added only half of the green chiles as Mr. may not be a fan. I am cooking up some Mexican Rice from Old El Paso and adding some fire roasted corn, topping it with this. I have some buns in the freezer, the onion buns (!) and leftovers can be with them…or more rice, if Mr. wants. I will try it with the buns. Yum. Thank you, Catherine. I've got this in my crockpot now for tonight's dinner. Smells so good. Instead of the green chili I put in red bell pepper, onion, butter pads and garlic powder.
