I'm so glad you have this recipe/video. The first time I heard about this, I watched several different videos to finally create it. There were different ingredients and such but by the time I had watched them all I had decided celery soup was the right way to go! It made perfect sense! My mom had always chopped celery and onions for dressing.
And after combining the ingredients I liked best, I made this recipe in my crockpot and my sister, brother and I all loved it! 😘
And now I have a go-to recipe and there's no need to watch any more videos! Thanks to you Catherine! 🤗

We will forsure be having this coming up , when I do my grocery shopping next week , I can subsitute The Rotel with Kroger brand & Cream of Mushroom or chicken from Aldis , along with the stuffing mix from Aldis ( they have the cornbread kind and alot cheaper & tastes just as good at the name brand ) with our economy ,GAS, FOOD going up daily, weekly ,
Ive been doing all I can as well as our family and friends ( Going together to the stores like every 2- 3 weeks and making dishes that go far or we can Freeze some for another meal )

I love that you smack your onion on the side w/your knife bc I do that, too. Husb says I smack my onions like they are someone I don't like. Not true!! It is the best way to get the papery outside and the tougher outer layer! 🤣
