Usually use a different style for my BBQ but always enjoy a different change of pace; LOVE using venison in place of other meats in common recipes, so much leaner and actually higher in protein! My freezer is getting pretty sparse but I've still got a couple of tenderloin roasts and several lbs of ground venison left so I'll definitely be trying this recipe, and besides….it's almost the season for restocking my freezer with fresh meat…wink, wink. Great video again!
