And I also like that you use basic ingredients that you put in here not crazy complicated ingredients that you have to add a pinch of this and a pinch of that. This recipe I can do this. Original Filipino Adobo recipe does not have onions..If you add onions it is no longer chicken adobo but chicken bistek. Another filipino recipe.

crock pot is perfect to use for adobo. use cane vinegar. it gives adobo a depth of flavor than plain white vinegar.
