this is probably the best way to cook adobo especially for those newbies ive been cooking adobo for years and what ive learned is the longer you cook it the better it comes out so a slow cooker is very ideal

crock pot is perfect to use for adobo. use cane vinegar. it gives adobo a depth of flavor than plain white vinegar.
