Hi, everyone should try this I've made it a staple, even replaced preserves with jalapeno bacon jam, anything works, great recipe 👍 tyvm. I have a lot of chops to use, can I cook longer til shreds? Or add little water when done and cook longer? We butchered pigs, I took the touch end of chops so could get an Xtra shoulder 🤭🤷, so figure use this to make shredded? Tyvm again
