    so glad I found your channel! I have been plant based for several years, and get bored. I also have celiac disease so you are very helpful. Despite being plant based I have a cholesterol/LDL problem. I finally gave in to start a statin when my chol went to 300 and LDL went to 200. Probably dealing with a genetic situation! So I really feel like plant based eating has kept my numbers semi manageable! BTW, my favorite sauce is a can of chickpeas, nooch, spices blended together!

    What a great idea! Must try them. Also got to say that your oat wraps from your last video were really good. I make buckwheat wraps by soaking raw buckwheat overnight, draining and blending with water to make a pancake batter, they are very flexible, and make nice crackers too if baked. So appreciate all your ideas, very practical.
