    Nice,but overly complicated I think.With this dish,just keep it simple ! Don't peel the spud's,clean and cut your wedge's,wash and dry,season as you wish, anything goes here,then lay on a prepared tray in row's,bung in the oven,40/45 mins etc, remove,flip over for even cooking,give 'em another 10,Bingo ! Munch away with whatever 'dip' or garnish takes ya fancy !
