I think I’ve given up on trying to make amazing potato tots at home. With a lot of effort you can make a mediocre batch, but they’re just not worth all the work.

the video shows using the TOP rack of the 450 oven….but the recipe calls for the CENTER rack. which one is it?

Mine turned out WAY too salty unfortunately, probably because of how salty the cheese is 🙁

I don't know how to covert that from Metric but it should be somewhere around 450° for 20-25 mins (350° for 40-45mins) 🤣

This really needs an onion in that mix.
I just made these for brunch and they are good, but it would have been helpful to have the potatoes listed by their weight since the size can vary so much. I also cut back the salt to just 1tsp. and they were still pretty darn salty because of all the parmesan. Next time I will cut the salt back to just 1/4 tsp.
My question is: Will a 'ricer' work for this dish? Or is the grater the way to go because, reasons.
