I love your ideas for a recipe, but here's an idea. When you are certain you have patted your fries dry after soaking in water spread them out and add your oil, spices and baking starch EVENLY over all, instead of adding them in a crowded bowl. Spray your oil, apply your starch, then add your spices. When you put them in the Air Fryer, you can shake them to spread out the materials.
Cayenne pepper is the best – it helps your blood flow and metabolism – Best spice of all

"Large capacity. " really is quite small tbh. My whole oven has an air fry setting, now that's a Large capacity. Lol
True yams are unrelated to sweet potatoes, while orange, white, and purple sweet potatoes are all in the sweet potato family.
I made these, substituting tapioca starch for cornstarch (which I react to). Worked out fantastic.

Seems sweet potatoes are one of the things better done in the oven, if you have to cook in a single layer for 4 people that's not great. Thanks for info though.

The potatoe cutter indicates it is not for sweet potatoes. I like sweet potatoe fries better than white potatoe fries.
