Hey there, i just subscribed! As i started hitting the gym beginning of the year and am restricting my calories, your channel is right down my alley!
My advice for you would be to up your quality a bit, by adding some music and more cuts. I feel most videos are a bit long, abd with just you talking and showing stuff it can be a bit tiring to watch the whole thing on original speed or without fast forwarding.. audio and video quality are great though. Also, just my personal opinion, cool it with the jokes, it's a bit awkward 😀
    Great channel all in all!

Instead of putting cheese inside, I mix exactly one part Parmesan cheese and two parts Italian breadcrumbs then dip the chicken in that. I bake in the oven at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes and it’s perfect.

You have really helped me with your recipes because I’m suddenly very ill from COVID so my body can’t eat carbs and fat. I really appreciate your work!

Dipping sauce has to be honey barbeque but mayo (low fat) would be a close second. I wonder how this would be with ground turkey for a bit more protein? I mean 30g of protein in 4oz is 5 more ounces but the taste might be off.

Can’t wait to try this for my daughter.
I love that you actually make a lot of things that are nut free on your channel.
It’s been impossible to find a lot of foods since we got hit with hurricane Ian. Grateful for the basics if you can find them. I finally got ahold of some Greek yogurt, so we can make your brownies! Not telling my daughter they are healthy…,yet! Lol
Thank you so much. Grateful for you and you amazing channel! 💜🙏🏼😇

Rahul try this a chef told me to do it. Just before your chicken is almost done in the air fryer then spray the nuggets with the oil . Put back in the fryer and cook til done. They turn nicely brown like they got deep fried. My dip is honey mustard and bbq

Three chickenburgers at my McDonald's are now $2.50 and a small French fry as a gift. Last week there was a promotion of 6 nuggets for $1.1. It's hard to resist, but I didn't have time to go there. My figure is safe🤭
P.S :I convert my currency to dollars, but it's still very cheap

I have a nice little recipe for crepes: 2 Olé wraps soaked in almond milk and covered with cinnamon or brown sugar swerve, fill them each with 16g PB2 powder of your choice (I did peanut as well as almond butter powder) then one whole banana mushed into them (1/2 a banana per crepe), roll them up and cover them in foil, bake at like 350 or something for about 10 minutes or however hot you want it, take them out and cover them in low calorie syrup or sugar free Hershey's chocolate syrup and sprinkle powdered confectioners sugar replacement on top then add a spoonful of sugar free jelly of your choice, it's like a crepe/funnel cake kinda thing going on but it's delicious, depending on how much jelly and syrup you use, it should be no more than 300 calories but I usually only get about 265 calories total

You could probably grind the carrot along with the chicken at the same time to save your knuckles from the microplane. Great job on all your recipes!

You should try to make “zero” calorie hot fudge and caramel dip for this fall season! I search everywhere for a low calorie hot fudge and can’t find anything that suites my healthy lifestyle. Love you vids! 🌸

Challenge: zucchini instead of carrot. There’s a reason zucchini bread and muffins are a thing. Super moisture! Also please make a healthy chick fil a sauce recipe. They would be perfect! Thanks for the recipe I’m gonna try it!
