Ingredients
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
Onion powder – 1/2 tbsp
Garlic powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Paprika – 1/2 tbsp
Italian seasoning – 1/2 tbsp
Dry pepper flakes – 1/2 tbsp
Lemon pepper – 1/2 tbsp
Old bay and Cajun ( what I added instead of Italian seasoning) – 1/2 tbsp
Heavy cream – 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups
(Or half and half or table cream)
Handful of spinach or as much as you like
Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
Baby tomato – 1 cup ( whole) cut in half
Butter – 1 tbsp
How to cook
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
– 2 chicken breasts cut in half length wise
– Rub with oil and season. Let chicken marinate
– Leave some seasoning to add to the sauce later
– Cook chicken for 7-10 minutes on both sides in 3tbsp of oil on medium high heat
– Take cooked chicken out of pan and cut into small pieces
– Add butter, baby tomatoes, and minced garlic
– Cook till fragrant then add heavy the cream
– Use the remaining seasoning and add spinach
– Add chicken to sauce
– Can add Parmesan or mozzarella(or both) to sauce
– Boil noodles then add to sauce
